ICARS will once again partner with the Carolina BalloonFest, supporting event operations by providing communications equipment used throughout the festival.
Members are encouraged to participate in this exciting opportunity. Volunteer roles may include distributing transceivers, providing basic operational training as needed, and demonstrating amateur radio capabilities to the public.
