This session will include different scenarios of more complex workplace injuries and look at what to expect through the claim lifecycle, as well as different approaches to the complexities that may present along the way.

Our guest Shaun Lane from the Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association, will discuss the role a rehabilitation provider can play to support the return to work process and address some of the challenges during the claim lifecycle.

Adam joined icare in 2018 as a Regional Relationship Manager. Working across Sydney and the south of NSW, Adam connects businesses with the information they need, and delivers education on topics our customers have identified for their regions.

Shaun Lane is an Occupational Therapist and Accredited Mediator with 30 years' experience in Workers Compensation. Shaun is the Managing Director of RehabCo which provides professional health services to a range of sectors including paediatrics, psychology, corporate health, NDIS and workers insurance and has overseen more than 25,000 workers as they have returned to work following injury.

Shaun is Past President of ARPA National which is the peak industry body representing Workplace Rehabilitation Proviers Nationally.
