Photographers already know more about video editing than they think. Many of the skills used every day in photo editing, from colour, contrast and cropping to layers, sequencing and visual storytelling, can translate naturally into video workflows.
Join Ian Sayers for a practical and reassuring session designed to help photographers take their first steps into video editing with confidence. Ian will show how familiar Photoshop skills can translate directly into Adobe Premiere Pro, and how workflows in Affinity and Capture One can provide a strong foundation for moving into DaVinci Resolve.
This session is ideal for photographers who want to start creating video content but feel unsure where to begin. By connecting familiar stills-editing techniques with video-editing tools, Ian will make the move from still images to motion feel simple, logical and accessible.
