Identity Reset Lab is a 90-minute, neuroscience-informed intervention designed for professionals navigating career or role transitions.
The programme helps participants move from title-based identity to value-based positioning by guiding them through structured cognitive and behavioural exercises that surface limiting narratives, consolidate measurable achievements, and articulate a clear forward direction.
By the end of the session, each participant develops and rehearses a concise 1-Minute Identity Reset Pitch, enabling stronger confidence, sharper professional storytelling, and greater readiness for opportunities such as internal mobility, career switches, or post-restructuring reinvention.
