Mentorship Nights: Feedback, Customers, and Momentum for Early-Stage Startups
Mentorship Nights are part of the i413 4-month Mentorship Program, designed for strong Accelerator applicants who weren’t selected for the current cohort but show clear potential.
Rather than sending these founders away, we invite them into a structured monthly series where they refine their pitch, pressure-test their strategy, and connect with mentors and potential customers in the community.
Startups are here to change the world, and we’re here to help them. Everyone has something to give and something to learn. You don’t have to know what that is when you walk in—that’s what we’re here for. The right conversation can save you months of wasted effort.

5:45 PM – Founder Pitches
Each participating startup delivers a short pitch that includes:
What they’re building
Progress since last month
A specific, focused request for feedback
6:00 PM – Structured Breakout Sessions
Attendees join small-group discussions with a founder to:
Offer practical feedback
Ask thoughtful questions
Share insights or lived experience
Provide introductions or potential customer connections
7:30 PM – Open Networking
