I-20 Career & Opportunity Expo 2026
The I-20 Career & Opportunity Expo will bring employers, job seekers, educational institutions, workforce partners, and community resources together for an evening focused on employment, advancement, and what comes next.
Join us Thursday, September 17, from 4–7 p.m. at the West Monroe Convention Center. Admission is free for attendees, and the event will include career opportunities, educational resources, professional connections, and door prizes throughout the evening.
Businesses: Three Ways to Participate
Whether your organization is actively hiring, building its talent pipeline, or simply wants to increase visibility, there are three ways to get involved:
Exhibitor Booth — $200
Reserve a booth to promote your company, showcase multiple available positions, meet job seekers, and share information about career pathways within your organization. Exhibitors will also receive complimentary online job postings and inclusion in our digital promotional spotlights leading up to the event.
Shared Interview Space — $75
Reserve access to a shared space in our interview room for scheduled or on-site conversations with prospective candidates. Participating employers will also receive complimentary online job postings to help promote their available positions before the expo.
Digital Job Promotion
Businesses that cannot attend in person may still promote employment opportunities through a digital presentation. Job postings will be featured on the Chamber’s website and promoted at the event. Digital job postings are free for Chamber members and $25 per posting for non-members.
Organizations may select the participation level that best fits their hiring needs, or combine options for greater visibility and candidate engagement.
All Digital Job Promotions will go live upon submission and will remain published through the event date. All postings will expire at the end of September unless we are notified otherwise. Job promotions will be posted on the Chamber's Jobs Board. Information for this postings can be emailed to [email protected] or Chamber Members can submit their information through their online member portal.
Job Seekers and Community Members: Attend Free
The expo is free and open to anyone exploring a new job, a career change, educational opportunities, professional development, or resources that can help them take the next step.
Free resume building and career services will be on site to help you!
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
Meet directly with regional employers and hiring representatives.
Learn about current and upcoming job openings.
Explore education, training, certification, and career-development opportunities.
Participate in on-site conversations and potential interviews.
Connect with workforce and community-resource organizations.
Register for door prizes throughout the event.
Participants are encouraged to dress professionally, bring multiple copies of their résumé, and come prepared to speak with employers about their experience, interests, and career goals.
