I Wonder What the Shadows Hold: A Breathwork for Midsummer Reflection
About this Event
I Wonder What the Shadows Hold: A Breathwork for Midsummer Reflection
What if the shadows are not something to fear…
but simply part of standing in the light?
At this time of year, life can feel bright, busy and outward-facing.
The days are long.
The world feels full.
There can be pressure to keep going, stay visible, make the most of summer, keep up with the energy around us.
But wherever light exists, shadows naturally appear too.
The sunflower turns towards the sun as it grows… and with that growth, its shadow grows too.
Not because something is wrong.
Not something to fix or get rid of.
Simply part of being alive in the light.
This gentle conscious connected Breathwork journey is an invitation to explore the quieter parts of ourselves with curiosity and compassion.
Not only the uncomfortable or hidden things we may associate with “shadow work”… but also the softer truths, creativity, rest, tenderness, longing, and parts of ourselves that simply haven’t had much space in the sun.
Together we’ll slow down enough to listen.
Through grounding embodiment practices, guided breathwork, music and spacious moments of silence, we’ll create space to notice what lives at the edges of awareness… and what might happen when we allow it to simply be seen.
No fixing.
No forcing.
Just breath, presence, reflection, and space.
