I Want More, But I Can't Name What "More" Is.
About this Event
I Want More, But I Can't Name What "More" Is.
If that sentence feels familiar, you're not alone.
Many people arrive at a point in life where something no longer fits. Nothing may be dramatically wrong. From the outside, life may even look quite good. Yet there's a quiet feeling that something important has been left behind.
Perhaps you've spent years being responsible, capable, steady, and available to everyone else.
Perhaps you don't want to blow up your life.
But you can't keep living exactly like this either.

Join Archaeologist of the Self Kristen Crabtree for The Live Dig Immersive: The Archaeology of the Self, a guided 90-minute experience designed to help participants reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been buried beneath years of roles, routines, expectations, and adaptation.
Through a series of excavation tables revealed one layer at a time, participants will move through stories, symbolic artifacts, reflective prompts, writing invitations, and immersive exercises designed to spark curiosity, uncover hidden assumptions, and explore what becomes possible when even a small shift begins to ripple outward.
Inspired by the "Web" stories featured throughout Kristen's book, the experience explores how seemingly small choices, moments of awareness, and acts of courage can alter the trajectory of a life in ways we rarely recognize while they're happening.
There is no performance required. No self-help formulas. No pressure to share.
Some moments may feel playful. Others surprisingly personal. Participants are invited to engage with the experience in whatever way feels meaningful to them.
This experience is especially resonant for people who have spent years caring for others, meeting expectations, carrying responsibilities, and wondering what might be possible if they made space to listen to themselves again.
Admission includes:
• The 90-minute Live Dig Immersive experience
• An autographed copy of Be the You That's More You Than You've Ever Been*
