Join us at The Pleasant Pheasant for an unforgettable I Survived: The American Revolution adventure as we transform our bookstore into a Colonial-era Survivor Training Camp!

We're honored to be one of only 10 bookstores nationwide selected by Scholastic to host this special event, and we can't wait to welcome young readers and history lovers for an afternoon of hands-on fun inspired by the bestselling I Survived series.

Upon arrival, each recruit will receive a Survival Guide and be enlisted to help General Washington complete a series of exciting missions throughout the bookstore. Earn Colonial Dollars as you prove your courage, solve challenges, and prepare for life in Revolutionary America!

Your missions include:
🗺️ Recovering General Washington's lost battle plans
🔐 Decoding secret spy messages
🚩 Matching the flags of early America
✒️ Practicing Colonial calligraphy
🧩 Completing Revolutionary challenges
🎡 Testing your knowledge at the Survivor Trivia Wheel
🎲 Playing authentic Colonial children's games

Along the way, recruits will earn Colonial Dollars to spend at our Colonial Trading Post, where they can exchange their hard-earned currency for fun prizes.
