I RUN FOR HER is a fun run style event encouraging our community to come together and make a stand against domestic violence. KFIT Health & Training has registered a fundraiser event where every dollar raised goes towards “Got Your Back Sista” which is a registered charity dedicated to providing resources, tools, support and relief to women and children who have experienced domestic violence. Their vision is to see women and their children happy, thriving and living independently after escaping the trauma of domestic violence. Something we personally hold close to our hearts here at KFIT.

🏃♀️ HOW FAR: Walk, run or skip 5km with family & friends! Coffee & refreshments provided afterwards
