Welcome to the "I Matter, I Deserve, I Receive Women's Wellness Workshop"!

Come join us on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Greensboro Cultural Center for a day dedicated to empowering women and promoting self-care.

Join us for a day filled with empowerment, self-care, and community. This event is all about celebrating and supporting women in their journey to prioritize their well-being.

At this event, you will have the opportunity to participate in workshops, discussions, and activities focused on mental health, self-love, and overall well-being. Connect with like-minded women and learn valuable tools to prioritize your wellness that you'll leave feeling rejuvenated and motivated.

Workshop Purpose

Our workshop, "I Matter, I Deserve, I Receive," is designed to help you embrace your authentic self, manage stress, and cultivate self-care practices. We aim to create a supportive space where you can reflect, share, and grow alongside other amazing women who share similar experiences.

What to Expect

You will engage in a variety of activities, discussions, and exercises that are intended to:

• Enhance your self-worth and confidence
• Develop personalized self-care plans
• Set and achieve meaningful goals
• Learn yoga and meditation practices that you can take with you anywhere
• Foster a sense of community and support among participants
• Lunch will be provided

What Makes This Event Unique?

This is not your normal wellness workshop. This event was created by two licensed clinical therapists Crystal Robinson, LCMHCS and Paisley Taylor, LCMHC! You will get tips and tools that will allow you to work on your mental health and personal development simultaneously!
