💜 2000ndate muusikamaailm oli kirju. Uue aastatuhande alguses jätkus 90-ndate popmuusika edulugu ja NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, Christina Aguilera ning Britney Spears said nautida uue ajastu tehnoloogia võlusid, et oma looduga veel kiiremini kuulajateni jõuda.See oli aeg, mil populaarsust kogus R&B muusika. Usher, Rihanna, Beyoncé ja Alicia Keys kinnitasid end igaveseks muusikamaailma ajalukku ning 2004. aasta Billboard Year-End Hot 100 muusikaedetabelis oli esimese 25 loo seas 15 R&B lugu.
