I Know Her, I Am Her

There comes a moment in a woman’s life when she realizes…

“I know her.”
“I see her.”
“I am her.”

I Know Her, I Am Her is a safe, intentional gathering for women who are healing, growing, rebuilding, rediscovering, or simply desiring deeper connection with other women walking through real life.

This is not about pretending to have it all together.
This is about showing up honestly.

Whether you are:
• Navigating marriage or separation
• Healing from past trauma
• Reclaiming your identity
• Growing spiritually
• Building confidence
• Or simply craving authentic sisterhood

Each gathering will include:

• A grounding moment (reflection, journaling, or guided prompt)
• Optional sharing circle
• Gentle discussion around growth, healing, identity, and emotional wellness
• Community connection without pressure or judgment

There is no forced vulnerability.
You are free to participate at your comfort level.

This will be a calm, respectful, and confidential environment.
We protect one another’s stories.
We honor one another’s journeys.
We leave comparison at the door.
