Join us for the second annual I Invest in ME Leadership Conference and Fundraiser, hosted in partnership with Owens Community College!This year’s conference will explore the many ways individuals can lead with authenticity, confidence, and purpose. Attendees are invited to a powerful day of inspiration, connection, and growth, designed for leaders at every stage of their journey.
Whether you’re just getting started or have years of experience, you’ll leave with actionable strategies and new perspectives to enhance your leadership impact.
Proceeds from the I Invest in ME Leadership Conference directly support the AALC’s mission to empower local youth and adult leaders through leadership development opportunities.
In 2024, AALC proudly supported:
- Junior Achievement’s 5th Year Program, by providing a professional development experience for students preparing to enter the workforce or college
- Toledo Public Schools’ Young Men and Young Women of Excellence Programs, which empower high school students through mentorship and leadership engagement
- One scholarship for Leadership Toledo's Signature Program, building their capacity to lead and serve in our region
