I Am the Star of My Movie - Women’s Circle, Workshop & Book Launch

Theme of the evening:
The Modern Woman – Between Freedom & Overwhelm

In a world full of opportunities, many women experience both independence and emotional pressure. This session offers a gentle space to explore that balance and reconnect with your inner clarity.

During the evening, you will experience:

• a live reading from the book,

• mini mediation related to feminine energy,

• reflection & Sharing Guided journaling and optional sharing exploring freedom, overwhelm, and inner expectations,

• a calm, sensory atmosphere supported by soft harp music,

• tea, coffee, soft drinks, and light refreshments,

• a small celebratory moment to mark the book launch,

• an opportunity to purchase the book and have it personally signed.

The harp music has been intentionally selected to support the nervous system, helping the body gently shift from tension into a state of calm and presence. The recordings have been specially curated for this occasion by a Celtic harpist.

This is a pilot event introducing a new series of workshops and women’s circles focused on emotional awareness, embodiment, and feminine leadership.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, curious, or simply in need of a moment for yourself - you are warmly welcome.
