Welcome to I Am Soirée: Suffer. Stretch. Strengthened.

Come join us on Sun, Dec 29, 2024 at the Oak Creek Clubhouse . This event is all about learning how to embrace suffering, and emerging stronger than ever.

Sherrell Moore-Tucker will take us through a stretching exercise and talk us through mindful movements. This is not Yoga.

Prepare to leave with a fresh perspective on suffering, stretch as you release, and ultimately leave feeling strengthened and ready to move forward. There's something for everyone at I Am Soirée.
