# I Am Remarkable workshop: learn the art of self-promotion

82% of participants reported hiding a success from a loved one, coworker or stranger, often to avoid the appearance of bragging. Have you ever done this?

Many of us feel uncomfortable promoting ourselves maybe its due to our imposter syndrome, cultural upbringing, introversion etc.

If you’re looking to attract more growth opportunities, build your personal brand, and lead with confidence, this session is for you. Self-promotion—without getting the ick—is a crucial skill for career success, yet no one teaches us how to do it.

In this interactive session, you will participate in group discussions and exercises to increase your comfort and confidence in self-promotion.

During this workshop we will:

• reflect on our own limiting beliefs on self-promotion.
• share data and research regarding self-promotion and bias.
• go through the main exercise to help you identify and share your achievements.
• wrap up with discussion and take home exercises.
