You’ve heard the story of Lilith but do you know the truth? You can feel her deep in your bones. Calling you out. Calling for your great return to yourself, all the parts that have been covered up, abandoned, or told they are “too much”. The divine feminine is rising it is time to join together with other women in our village to call back our power and remember our sacred truth.
This day retreat will include:
Morning Yoga
Sacred Sound- exploring your sacred sound vibration and healing the throat energetic centers.
Soup Bar- provided lunch
Sacred movement- primal dance with props like silk fans, feather fans, handkerchiefs.
Sacred rage ceremony- honoring all emotions, processing, and pressing these emotions in a safe container where can learn our grief, joy, rage all serve a healing purpose.
Drumming
Enchant yourself- DIY your own body oil with natural oils and herbs and then learn how to enchant yourself with embodiment practices.
Sound bath
Cacao
