Refund Policy:

Registraton fees are non-refundable. If the host cancels the event, a full refund will be automatically issued and registered guest will receive an email on any changes to the event. This is a non-refundable event, if a guest is unable to attend and would like to request a 50% refund for consideration no full refunds will be issued, a written request must be emailed to [email protected] for consideration. Please note that a guest requested refund is NOT GAURANTEED, if approved the refund is 50% of registration and will be refunded 30 days prior to event March 9, 2027.
