“I AM A WITNESS OF YOUR EXISTENCE” is a participatory, documentary phone-call experience that connects strangers from different parts of the world through real-time, intimate conversations. People with contrasting lives, backgrounds, and realities meet not through screens or statistics, but through a simple human act: talking and listening.
This work creates a space where real people meet real people. There is no script, no fictional frame, no performance to imitate. Only life, truth, and presence. The artistic team creates the conditions for dialogue and trust, but what unfolds belongs entirely to the participants. Each phone call becomes a unique encounter—fragile, unpredictable, and deeply human.
Imagine receiving a phone number and choosing to call it. Who answers on the other side? Where are they right now? What does their everyday life look like? What is happening to them at this moment? What can they tell you—and what can you tell them in return? Through this simple exchange, strangers witness each other’s existence, reminding one another that we are more than numbers, headlines, or distant stories.
As an audience member, you step directly into the experience. This is not a show to watch, but a moment to live. You become both witness and companion, listening and being listened to.
What you receive is not entertainment, but presence, intimacy, and connection. In a world overwhelmed by abstraction, this project invites you to meet the human behind the news—and remember that empathy begins with attention.
