Welcome to the 3rd edition of SOUND & VISIONS at Northern Light Yoga!
An evening of unique, soulful visual art, photography and music, inspired by yoga, meditation, and spirituality.
In the past two editions, we showcased paintings by some amazing spiritual artists. This year, we will open our doors also to photographers, exhibiting images inspired by meditation, yoga, spirituality, and mysticism.
17:00 – Doors open for the art exhibition
Mocktails and traditional Chinese teas will be served in the lounge area for those interested.
18:30 – Guided yoga relaxation with live music
19:00 – SOUND & VISIONS
We will have a synesthetic, multisensory experience where sound and visions melt into each other.
The Gandharva Trance Ensemble—an open group of musicians that, this time, will feature Massimo Barberi, Anand Raj, Lisa Arctander, Kamilla,—will play mesmerising soundscapes and hypnotic grooves created with ambient guitars, synths, saxophones, flutes, and melodic percussion.
During the concert, a visual artist will translate the music into images, painting on canvas the colours and visions inspired by the sounds.
A journey through dreamy visions, meditative soundscapes, and jazzy explorations.
This year's theme: ALCHEMY OF HOPE
Where sound and colours channel visions of hope and a new social renaissance.
Beauty, transcendence, mysticism, and harmony blooming from visions of the future.
The art exhibition, the guided relaxation and the concert are free of charge.
If you want to stay longer and continue the journey into the evening, we will have Ecstatic Dance from 20:15 to 21:30, followed by a relaxing sound bath from 21:30 to 22:00.

During the Ecstatic Dance, a DJ set with warm drum'n'bass, Afrobeats and techno-tribal grooves with live percussions, will get us dancing and sweating, and the evening will end with a relaxing sound-healing session.
