Join over 1,000 hour certified yoga, barre and classical/modern mat Pilates instructor, Taylor Mislevich, for 7-weeks in this Barre Fusion series at Eldon Family Chiropractic studio.
Barre Fusion is a full body, low impact, strength and resistance training workout that incorporates cardio, Pilates, strength training, yoga, and ballet. This workout series will enhance muscle tone, posture, flexibility, balance, and more importantly, confidence.
Come for the workout, stay for the music selection.😉
In this series, all equipment will be provided, including: hand weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls, ankle weights, gliders, mats, and knee pads. This class is suitable for all-levels, with modifications provided for beginners to advanced practitioners.
