Kedves Hoopersesek! Dear Hoopers Competitors! (english version in below)
Szeretettel meghívunk Titeket a Húsvéti Hoopers versenyünkre, mely NEM HIVATALOS versenyként kerül meghirdetésre.
A versenynapon 2 * Kezdő (FUN és H0) és 2 * Open (H1 - H3) futamban tudjátok megmutatni Magatokat.

A verseny dátuma: 2025.04.19. Szombat
Helyszín: Monori Pincefalu - Százas Pince Rendezvényház
Monor, Mézes sor, 2200
A verseny 2 kezdő és 2 Open kategóriában kerül megrendezésre kültéri füves pályán.
Méretosztályok:
• Small 40 cm alatti kutyák részére
• Large 40,1 cm feletti kutyák részére
Bíró: Tiinamari Harjula
Futamok: 2 * Kezdő

Nevezési díj: 4.500,- Ft/ kutya
Nevezési limit: 50 kutya, minimum nevezés: 25 kutya

Fizetés módja: átutalással ( Juhász Adrienn ev. OTP Bank: 11717009-22495394) vagy készpénzben lehetséges (Juhász Adrienn) a fizetési határidőig.
Utalás esetén közleményben kérjük a verseny napját, a gazdi és kutya nevét írjátok bele. Számlát csak magánszemélynek áll módunkban kiállítani.
A fizetési határidő után lemondott részvétel esetén a nevezési díjat nem áll módunkban visszaadni!
Díjazás: Futamonként és méretenként

Egyéb információk:
• A Rendevényhelyszínen kérjük minden kutya pórázon közlekedjen, kivéve a rajtra készülő és éppen versenyző kutyákat
• A kutyák rendelkezzenek érvényes veszettségi oltással.
• A kutyák után a sétáltatás alatt is kérjük takarítsatok fel, a területen belül próbáljuk elkerülni a piszkítást.
• A kutyával való durva bánásmód, illetve ha a kutya sérülést okoz (akár embernek, akár állatnak),
a versenyből való kizárást vonja maga után. Az okozott kárt (pl. állatorvosi költségek) a vétkes
kutya tulajdonosának kell megtérítenie, illetve a felelősséggel is Ő tartozik.
• A versenyen a Hoopers Hungary szabályzata érvényes.
• A nevezéssel és fizetéssel minden versenyző hozzájárul, hogy róla esetleg
fényképek és videók készüljenek, és azok nyilvánosan megjelenjenek. Illetve
minden versenyző a nevezésével hozzájárul, hogy az általa futott eredmények
nyilvánosan megjelenjenek!
• Nevezéssel és fizetéssel a versenyző a nevezési felhívásban foglaltakat elfogadja,
és tudomásul veszi.
A Húsvéti Barangolás a Monori Pincefalu egyik évenkénti programja, ahol is számos nyitott pince várja az oda látogatókat.
A verseny helyszínét a Százas Pince Rendezvényház biztosítja. https://www.szazaspince.hu/
A versenyt követően lehetőségetek van felfedezni a Monori Pincefalut, és a számos nyitott pincénél tudtok enni és inni, valamint a programokon részt venni.
Így azt javasoljuk, hogy nyugodtan hozzátok el a Család többi tagját, hogy valóban egy élményekben gazdag napot/hétvégét töltsetek együtt.

Dear Hoopers Competitors!
We cordially invite you to our Easter Hoopers Tournament, which is announced as a NON-HOSPITAL competition.
On the competition day you can show yourselves in 2 * Beginners (FUN and H0) and 2 * Open (H1 - H3) races.

Competition date: Saturday 19.04.2025.
Venue.
Monor, Mézes sor, 2200
The competition will be held in 2 beginner and 2 Open categories on an outdoor grass field.
Size classes:
- Small for dogs under 40 cm
- Large for dogs over 40,1 cm
Judge: Tiinamari Harjula
Races: 2 * Beginners (FUN and H0 category)
2 * Open (H1, H2, H3 category)

Entry fee: 10€/ dog
Entry limit: 50 dogs, minimum entry: 25 dogs

Entry, payment and cancellation deadline: 12.03.2023
Method of payment: by bank transfer ( Juhász Adrienn ev. OTP Bank: 11717009-22495394) or cash (Juhász Adrienn) until the payment deadline.
In case of transfer, please include the date of the competition, the name of the owner and the dog in the message. Invoices can only be issued to private persons.
In case of cancellation of participation after the payment deadline, the entry fee will not be refunded!
Prizes: per race and per size

Other information:
- All dogs must be on leash at the Event site, except dogs preparing for the start and dogs in competition
- Dogs must have a valid rabies vaccination.
- Please clean up after your dogs while walking them, and try to avoid messing around inside the area.
- Rough handling of the dog or if the dog causes injury (either to humans or animals),
will result in exclusion from the competition. Damage caused (e.g. veterinary costs) will be borne by the offender
The owner of the dog at fault must pay the costs and is liable.
- After the entry / payment deadline, if the competitor does not participate in the competition, the entry fee will not be refunded.
- The Hoopers Hungary Rules and Regulations will apply.
- By registering and paying, each competitor agrees that he/she may be subject to the
photographs and videos may be taken and publicly displayed. Alternatively
by entering, each competitor agrees that the results of his/her runs
to be published publicly!
- By registering and paying, the competitor accepts the terms of the invitation to enter,
and takes note of it.
The Easter Stroll is an annual event of the Monor Cellar Village, where there are several open cellars for visitors.
The venue is the Hundred Cellars Event Centre. https://www.szazaspince.hu/
After the competition, you will have the opportunity to explore the Monor Wine Village and eat and drink at the many open cellars and take part in the activities.
So we suggest that you feel free to bring the rest of the Family along for a truly memorable day/weekend together.
