HyTruck Games is a hybrid fitness team event built for pairs or teams of four, combining running with functional strength and endurance stations.
Teams will take on a challenging course featuring ski erg, sled pull into push, farmers carry, row, reverse lunges, dumbbell devil press and wall balls, with 500m runs between stations and at the start and finish !
It is designed to be competitive, exciting and accessible for athletes who enjoy HYBRID-style racing and mixed-modality training.
