HYROXalypse Now - The Final Race
About this Event
HYROXalypse NOW is a HYROX-style race designed to give you the feel of a real HYROX event in a more manageable, fast-paced format.
And because it’s Halloween season, costumes and spooky attire are highly encouraged! Whatever helps you survive the apocalypse.
THE RACE
This is an individual race. Athletes will start two at a time, every 5 minutes, and each athlete will have a 65-minute time cap from their individual start time.
You’ll complete:
- 500m Run
- 1,000m SkiErg
- 500m Run
- 50m Sled Push
- 500m Run
- 50m Sled Pull
- 500m Run
- 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
- 500m Run
- 1,000m Row
- 500m Run
- 200m Farmer’s Carry
- 500m Run
- 100m Sandbag Lunges
- 500m Run
- 75 Wall Balls
- ☠️ FINISH!
Total running: 4,000m
You get your own 65-minute clock, beginning when you start.
Your final score is your total race time.
Once you register, you’ll receive a link to pick your start time (first come, first served) and shirt size for your sweet HYROXalypse T-Shirt.
