HYROX Winter SprintWe’re back! Following on from our last event, it’s time to turn up the energy for another HYROX Sprint — in support of Magpas Air Ambulance.
🏃♂️ 7 x 500m runs on fast, flat ground
🏋️ 7 x HYROX exercises
Can you beat the course record of 29 minutes?
This Sprint format is shorter, faster, and packed with atmosphere — perfect if you’re new to HYROX or already hooked and looking for a fresh challenge.
(Note: this is a sprint event, not a full HYROX SIM.)
You can go solo or team up:
Run together, split the strength work, and push each other to the finish line.
🏅 Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in five divisions.

Book through the Soham Fitness Centre app to skip fees, or sign up via Eventbrite
No partner? We’ll happily pair you up — or go solo and smash it!
Start times run from 9 AM – 12 PM, released one week before race day
