This HYROX Simulation Event is delivered by Geelong Fitness, an official HYROX Training Club, and follows the same race structure used at HYROX events.
The workout order, station flow, and running format are designed to mirror a HYROX race so athletes can experience what race day actually feels like, including pacing, shared effort, and transitions.
This is a simulation, not an official HYROX race, but the structure and demands align closely with the real event format used worldwide.
Simulation options
• Full Simulation – complete the full HYROX race structure
• Half Simulation – same structure with reduced running volume
Both options run as doubles, with partners staying together from start to finish and sharing the workload.
