Where: Powerhouse CrossFit
When: Friday, November 14th • 6:00 PM
Purpose: Get race-ready for HYROX in Dallas with a full simulation of the race format—perfect for dialing in your pacing, transitions, and mental toughness.
🏁 What We’ll Do
We’ll replicate the classic HYROX format: alternating 1 km runs with functional stations for eight rounds. This mock event gives you the feel of race day so you’re confident when you hit the real thing.
Stations include (in order):
1 km Run → Functional Station
SkiErg
Sled Push
Sled Pull
Burpee Broad Jumps
Row
Farmers Carry
Sandbag Lunges
Wall Balls
Finish with total 8 km of running + 8 functional stops.
