Join us at BFT Lincoln for our first-ever HYROX Race Simulation, where we bring the full race experience to you. No guessing, just pure performance at your pace.
HYROX is the global fitness race that running with functional strength stations in a repeatable race format that challenges both endurance and power . This simulation mirrors that experience so you can test pacing, strategy, and mental toughness before the real thing

Date: Sunday, April 26
Time: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM start times (select your start time in entry form)
Cost: $20 (+ Eventbrite fees of $3.18) PER TIME SLOT

Whether you're racing individuals or doubles, each time slot is only $20 (plus Eventbrite fees). Your partner does not have to have a separate entry. There is a space in the form to add your partner's name.

• Full HYROX-style race format
• 1K runs + functional workout stations (just like race day)
• HYROX OPEN Weights will be available for Mens, Womens and Doubles for all stations
• Official race flow outlined
• 1K outdoor run course mapped and ready
• Choose your start time (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
• Race solo or doubles
