"TRYROX IN THE SIX" - A HYROX SIMULATION EVENT
Get race-day ready with Tryrox In The Six — a 6-station Hyrox simulation happening right here in Etobicoke on September 7th at F45 Long Branch TO.
This community event is built for Hyrox athletes of all levels prepping for Hyrox Toronto this October and those looking to give a Hyrox-style event a try.
FORMAT: You’ll tackle 6 of the 8 official Hyrox stations (plus the runs, of course), starting in waves from 9AM for Youngstars ( youth) and 12PM for our adult athletes. Think of Tryrox as roughly 3/4 the run & event distances & rep counts as Hyrox.
TRYROX CATEGORIES
Solos (Mens or Womens)
Pairs (Teams of 2: mixed, men, women)
Team Relay (Teams of 3 : mixed, mens, womens) - with a special F45 Long Branch Team TWIST: in a team of 3 people, each team member will complete 2 events and 2 runs solo for their team ( with an extra station --the bike Erg!) and then run one lap all together and share the wallballs at the end for a true team finish!

This year we have four youth categories
- 9 + Under (parent runs with )
- 10-11 ( parent runs with)
-12-13 (parent on site/option to run with)
-14-16 (solo run)
No podiums, no pressure — just a high-energy training event with sweat, support and good vibes.
Spots are limited, so lock it in early.
