HYROX Simulation & Movement Review

Join us for a HYROX Simulation and movement review!

Make it your own: You're welcome to do a full, half, or partner event simulation. This is your opportunity to test out strategy with your partner, or to review movement stations.

This will be fairly laid back, those of you wishing to do a full simulation will need to let us know in advance so we can space out heats appropriately.

This is FREE for members and a $20 drop in fee for non members.

The time will be yours between 7:00am and 9:00am. There will be an option to start earlier as needed, please reach out to us individually at [email protected]
