Hyrox Sim Milwaukee

Join us here at Armored Athlete Health & Performance for a complete Hyrox simulation. Are you nearing your next Hyrox race or just starting out your prep? Measure where you stack up in your training and progress for your next Hyrox race.This Hyrox simulation event will provide participants with the opportunity to go through a full simulation of a Hyrox race with a great atmosphere to boot. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, join us for an awesome day of fun complete with some Hyrox, nutrition and supplements, vendors, and music.Heats will run a specific number of participants every 15 minutes and be assigned the Sunday before the event. Workouts included: 1km run x 8, skierg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jump, row, farmer carry,sandbag lunges, wall balls.Registration is limited to the first 50 participants and open to singles and doubles format. If registering as doubles, a ticket is required for each athlete attending.Vendors on site include: Armored Athlete, Rehab Lab MKE, Performance Running Outfitters, VALD Performance, and live music by DJ Feed Me
