The HYROX SFV Run Club is a coach-led performance training experience designed to help athletes improve running efficiency, aerobic capacity, race execution, and HYROX-specific fitness.
Whether you're preparing for your first HYROX race, chasing a personal best, or simply looking to become a stronger and more confident hybrid athlete, this session is built for you.
Our sessions combine structured running, compromised running, endurance development, race strategy, and HYROX-inspired workouts in a supportive community environment.
This is not a social jog.
Every session is intentionally programmed to help athletes build their engine, improve pacing, develop confidence under fatigue, and train alongside others committed to getting better.
