📝 How to Register
Step 1 – Reserve Your Spot
All participants must register through Eventbrite to reserve their place in the event.
Step 2 – Complete Registration (Non-Members Only)
If you're not a member of F45 Training Lakewood Ranch East, you'll also need to:
- Create a MindBody account.
- Purchase your Half HYROX Simulation or Full HYROX Simulation pass.

Why complete a HYROX Simulation?
A simulation is one of the best ways to prepare for race day. You'll practice pacing, transitions, and race strategy, identify areas for improvement, and build confidence before your next HYROX event.

Athlete Check-In
Info: Please arrive 30 minutes before your assigned wave time. During check-in you'll:
- Confirm your registration
- Receive your athlete briefing
- Meet your partner (if applicable)
- Store personal belongings
- Complete your warm-up

Wave Starts
Info: First wave begins at 6:45 AM.
Additional waves will follow throughout the morning.
Your exact start time will be communicated approximately two weeks before race day.
Finish Line
Info: After crossing the finish line:
- Recover and rehydrate
- Celebrate with fellow athletes
- Grab a finish line photo
- Stay and cheer on the remaining waves!
