Come join us for an exciting day of a HYROX Race Simulation at HEW Fitness Delray Beach 5195 W Atlantic Ave! Test your strength and endurance and establish your race baseline performance in this ultimate fitness challenge. Sign up for a singles category: Women's Open, Women's Pro, Men's Open, Men's Pro or partner up and do Men's or Women's Doubles with a partner!! Heats will begin promptly at 730AM.

Once registration closes on Wednesday August 13th, all heat times and schedules will be released. There will only be 16 tickets available for each individual category and 16 teams available in each doubles category. Once these spots are filled those categories will be closed to registration.

Ideal Nutrition, Nutrishop Boca, Nature's Coolers, Fascia Stretch Therapy, Alive Coffee, Flux Active Wear, Gameday Men's Health, SweatHouz West Boca Cold Plunge, and more...

CHARITY!! We have partnered with a local church on a shoe drive to collect new and gently used shoes for children / students in need. Please bring ANY new or gently used shoes you no longer need or want in your closet and we'll be happy to take them off of your hands!!! Gladly collecting men's, women's and childrens shoes.

All participants will receive a race bag with vendor promos as well.

The order of movements for the race simulation will be as follows:

Sled Push

Sled Pull

Burpee Broad Jumps

Rower

Farmer's Carry

Sandbag Lunges

Wall Balls

* There will be a 1,000m run in between each workout station*
