The Black Goat HYROX Simulation Series is a three-event race series designed to replicate the intensity, structure, and grit of a HYROX-style competition—right here at Black Goat Fitness.
Whether you’re prepping for an official HYROX race or just want a challenge, this series delivers a true test of engine, strength, and mental toughness.
Race one... two—or take on all three and prove consistency, resilience, and grit.
Each race stands alone, while together they create a full-season competitive experience.

Individual -
Male Open
Male Pro
Female Open
Female Pro
*Adaptive Division: 8 C2 bike segments + 8 workout stations
Doubles (2-Person Teams)
Standard Doubles
Pro Doubles
Shared workload is allowed in Doubles divisions
Same Sex and Mixed Sex Doubles Available.
Division standards will be published in advance so athletes can train with confidence
Race Format
Full HYROX-style simulation
8 running segments + 8 workout stations
Adaptive Division: 8 C2 bike segments + 8 workout stations
Wave starts every 30 minutes
Estimated total race time: up to 2 hours, depending on division and pacing
Pricing (Per Person - Doubles will each register independently)

Multi-race purchases must be completed by the same athlete
