Join us for our outdoor Hyrox Physical Fitness Test on Saturday July 6th! Participants will test their endurance in a sport race event!
About this Event

We're excited to bring Hyrox to The Good Games this year right in the heart of University of Guelph! Whether you're training for the official race in Toronto later this year or want to give Hyrox a try, this is a great way to challenge yourself and see what Hyrox is all about.

Heats will begin at 9:30AM right in the Festival Zone of the event. The full PFT will take place outdoors, however if rain is in the forcast, we have indoor plans available.

ALL are welcome! You do not need to be an F45 South Guelph Member to particiapte.
