The HYROX PFT is a benchmark test that pushes your endurance, strength, and grit. For time, you’ll complete:
🏃 1000m Run
💪 50 Burpee Broad Jumps
🦵 100 Stationary Lunges
🚣 1000m Row
🤸 30 Hand-Release Pushups
🏐 100 Wall Balls (14lb/10lb)
🤙🏼 There is a modified version on the sign up form that you will be able to choose! Also, partners will be able to split up the reps however they choose AFTER the run! 😜 (Run is together)
💥 Compete against yourself or with a partner and see which division of the HYROX Official Race you should sign up for!
