Schedule:

Doors Open: 8:30am

National Anthem and Workout Brief: 9:00am

Heat 1: 9:30am - Heats start every 15 min. You will be give your heat number at check in.

Please note, there will not be a group warm up. You are responsible for warming up on your own. Equipment will be available. Please make sure to bring water and any essentials to help you perform your best. We look forward to an amazing event with you!!!
