About this Event

The Adult Community Session is a coach-led, 60-minute HYROX experience designed to introduce participants to HYROX training through running, functional movements and community-based fitness.

Taking place on a 400m athletics track, the session combines coaching, movement education and a HYROX-inspired workout. Participants will learn key HYROX movement techniques, improve their running efficiency and complete a challenging bodyweight circuit alongside the HYROX community.

Community Drinks & Networking

Stay after the workout for an informal community drinks and networking session from 5:00pm – 6:00pm. Connect with fellow athletes, meet the HYROX community and share your experience from the day.

COMMUNITY DAY 2026 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By reserving a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1. 1. By completing the purchase of a ticket and/or using such a ticket to enter the Community Day 2026 at The London Marathon Community Track (“Event”), you and the ticket holder (“you”) are agreeing to and are bound by these terms and conditions with the event organiser, HYROX UK Limited of 4th Floor, Burleigh House, 355-359 Strand, London, WC2R 0HS, England (“HYROX” or “we”). Please note, any specific terms stated at the point of ticket purchase shall take precedence over these Terms.

1. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 1. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) set out and comprise the legal terms applying between HYROX and the ticket holder or Event participant, whether as an athlete, spectator or otherwise (“Participant” or “you”) in relation to your registration to participate and your participation in an Event.

1. 1. By obtaining a ticket or participating in an Event, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are able to enter into legally binding contracts. Children under the age of 18 and incapacitated adults may only participate in an Event if a parent or legal guardian has accepted these T&Cs on their behalf. Where you are registering a child under the age of 18 or an incapacitated adult as a Participant:
   2. 1. you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that person;

1. 1. 1. you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to consent to their participation in the Event and enter into these T&Cs on their behal; and

1. 1. 1. you acknowledge and agree that any breach of these T&Cs by them will be deemed as a breach of these T&Cs by you.

1. 1. We reserve the right at our discretion to amend these T&Cs. If we do implement such changes, we will notify you of any such changes in advance.

1. 1. Any person who is in breach of these T&Cs may be removed from an Event without the right to refund, compensation or re-admission. Please note, any specific terms stated at the point of ticket purchase shall take precedence over these Terms.

1. AGE POLICY

1. 1. No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed at the Event. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder (aged over 18) at all times.

1. 1. Where your child or dependent is participating in a race, it is your responsibility to ensure that your child/dependent is not left unaccompanied before or after their race. We reserve the right to disqualify and/or exclude you from participating in an Event at any time if you have left your child/dependent unattended.

1. 1. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s at an Event.

1. TICKETS

1. 1. Admission is free, but a valid ticket is required for entry.

1. 1. A ticket does not guarantee entry if the venue reaches maximum capacity. Entry is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. 1. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold for monetary value.

1. PARTICIPATION

1. 1. HYROX reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude you from participating in and/or attending an Event at any time and without any right to a refund if:
   2. 1. you do not possess a valid ticket;

1. 1. 1. there is reasonable suspicion that you are not in generally good health or physical condition or if you are showing any typical symptoms of illness (including but not limited to shortness of breath, coughing or fever);

1. 1. 1. there is reasonable suspicion that you are in possession or under the influence of any illicit substances (performance-enhancing or otherwise) at the time of any Event; or

1. 1. 1. your actions and/or omissions (whether before, during or after any Event) in the opinion of HYROX or owner of the Event venue endanger the safety of the Event, its Participants or violate any Event Rules. “Event Rules” shall mean all applicable laws, posted rules and warnings, safety announcements, event and venue policies and regulations.

1. 1. You understand and agree that you are expected to exhibit appropriate behaviour at all times while at the Event, to obey the Event Rules and abide by any decision of any Event official relative to your ability to safely participate in or attend the Event. This includes, generally, respect for other people, equipment, facilities, or property.

1. 1. You may take your own photographs, audio recordings or video footage at the Event for private and personal use only. You must not publish, post, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit or use any such material in a manner which could misrepresent, harm or negatively impact the Event, the Participants, HYROX or its partners. HYROX may request removal of any content that breaches this condition, and you agree to comply promptly with any such request.

1. 1. You shall not plan, organise, lead, promote or endorse any commercial activity relating to your, if any, own business or the business of a third party that is not contracted to HYROX or HYROX World in connection with the Event and/or as a HYROX sponsoring partner.

1. COMPETITION TERMS

1. 1. You may be provided with an opportunity to participate in competitions during the Event where prizes will be awarded to the top finishers based on results recorded by HYROX. In the event of a tie or dispute, the decision of HYROX is final and binding.

1. 1. Prizes are subject to availability, and non-transferable. No cash alternative, store credit, or substitute prizes will be offered.

1. 1. If a winning Participant is not present to collect their prize during the presentation, the prize will be forfeited. Prizes will not be posted, shipped, held for later collection, or delivered under any circumstances. In the event of a prize being forfeited due to non-attendance, the organizer reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible finisher in line (e.g., 4th place becomes 3rd).

1. 1. HYROX reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or rules if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary (e.g., severe weather).

1. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT

1. 1. HYROX is under no obligation to hold the Events in its entirety or in parts and may without further liability change, postpone or cancel the Event in full or in part.

1. 1. Under no circumstances will we be liable for travel, accommodation or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed Event, or any deferral.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. 1. You understand and agree that you are responsible for taking care of your own belongings during the Event and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, HYROX is not responsible for any personal item or property that is lost, damaged or stolen at the Event.

1. 1. You confirm you are physically fit to participate in this Event and agree to assume all risk of property loss or damage, personal injury, illness and/or death arising in connection with your attendance at the Event, including, without limitation, slips, trips, injury, acts or omissions of other spectators.

1. 1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known in any jurisdiction throughout the world, against HYROX and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, shareholders/members, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”), on account of injury, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or attributable to your attendance at the Event, whether arising out of the negligence of HYROX or any Releasees or otherwise. You covenant not to make or bring any such claim against HYROX or any other Releasee, and forever release and discharge HYROX and all other Releasees from liability under such claims.

1. 1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (including our affiliates, parent undertakings, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, legal representatives and sub-contractors) and our partners shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including you) or property howsoever caused.

1. 1. Nothing in these T&Cs shall be construed as limiting or excluding HYROX's liability for: (i) death or personal injury resulting from negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or (iii) any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful to limit, exclude or attempt to exclude liability. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these T&Cs.

1. 1. HYROX takes no responsibility for allergens contained in food and drink provided at the Event.

1. MEDICAL CARE

1. 1. You agree that:

1. 1. 1. If you become ill during or after an Event and/or receive medical attention or treatment either from medical staff, other medical service providers to the Events as contracted by HYROX, or any doctor or hospital, you authorise such persons to provide details (including details of medical treatment) to HYROX or others authorised by them; and

1. 1. 1. you consent to medical assistance and/or medical care being given to you in the case of illness, injury or an emergency situation, should this occur during an Event, such assistance to be given by HYROX, its employees, contractors or other trained personnel conducting the Events (which may include the use of anaesthetics).

1. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

1. 1. We process and share your personal data with our partners in accordance with our privacy policy which can be found on our website.

1. 1. Provided you give us prior permission, HYROX World and its affiliated companies and partners and/or third parties may contact you, to provide you with newsletters and other communications regarding HYROX’s or such third parties’ products, services and events. These messages will be sent to you based on your messaging preferences and you can unsubscribe at any time.

1. RECORDING, TRANSMISSION AND EXHIBITION

1. 1. You agree that the Event is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the Event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the Event.

1. 1. You hereby grant permission to (i) HYROX, HYROX World, members of its group, its partners and its affiliates (“HYROX Parties”), (ii) any parties authorised by or acting on behalf of HYROX Parties, and (iii) accredited members of the media, to film, capture and record your participation in the Event. Such permission includes the right to photograph, film, record and/or otherwise capture your name, image, likeness, voice, written statement, photograph and/or any other biographical information, in any media format.

1. 1. You acknowledge and agree that any and all photographs, video, film, motion pictures, recordings and content captured during the Event by or on behalf of HYROX Parties shall be their sole property. You acknowledge and agree that such photographs, motion pictures, recordings and content containing your name, image, likeness, voice, written statement, photograph and/or any other biographical information may be edited, exhibited, disseminated, adapted, modified, copied, used and/or exploited by HYROX Parties, in whole or in part, in all media and formats, throughout the world, in perpetuity, for any legitimate commercial or non-commercial purpose, including but not limited to promoting, advertising and marketing HYROX products and services and the events held by HYROX Parties, without prior notice, approval or compensation.

1. 1. If you have concerns regarding your image being used in our materials, please contact HYROX Customer Services or visit the Registration Desk on the day of the Event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all group or background imagery.

1. HYROX INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1. 1. HYROX World GmbH is the sole owner of the trademark "HYROX," and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to any images, audio-visual recordings (e.g., highlights, clips, snippets) produced at the Event or by any authorised third party (“HYROX IP”).

1. 1. You are not permitted to use HYROX IP without the express written consent of HYROX World GmbH.

1. 1. Nothing in these T&Cs grants you the right to use or reproduce HYROX name or logo in any manner that implies a partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with HYROX.

1. GENERAL

1. 1. The contract between us constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and no party shall have any claim or remedy in respect of any statement, representation, warranty or undertaking, made by or on behalf of any other party in relation to our contract which is not already set out in these T&Cs.

1. 1. If any term, condition or other provision of these T&Cs are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or incapable of being enforced by any rule of law or public policy, it shall be deemed to be deleted from these T&Cs, and all other terms, conditions and provisions of these T&Cs shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.

1. 1. Nothing in these T&Cs shall exclude or limit any rights which a consumer may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws, to the extent such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
2. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
3. 1. These T&Cs, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English laws.
   2. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs.
