Dinosaur Beard evoke a-nostalgic post-punk trip to the dive bars of 00’s /noughties New York, filtered through the lens of Australian modernity.
Opening the night, LOV3SICK are a Melbourne alternative rock band that blend the dark moody edge of post-punk new wave, crafting a sound that’s equal parts raw and anthemic. Channeling the spirit of bands like The Cure and Joy Division, their music fuses gritty guitars, pulsing basslines, synth-driven energy and powerful female vocals. Their songs explore themes of love, loss and longing.
