Settle into an immersive evening of clinical hypnotherapy and sound designed to help you reconnect with the strengths, wisdom, and resources already within you.

During this hypnotic sound bath, board-certified hypnotherapist Diana Jemondi will guide you through the Castle of Unlimited Resources, a rich inner landscape where every room holds something you may need: confidence, courage, peace, creativity, clarity, resilience, or another resource uniquely meaningful to you.

As you explore the castle, the resonant tones of quartz crystal singing bowls will deepen the experience, helping the conscious mind grow quiet while supporting relaxation, reflection, and access to your own inner knowing.

Unlike a traditional sound bath, this experience combines live therapeutic sound with a carefully created hypnosis journey. You remain aware and in control throughout the session. There is nothing you need to force or perform. Simply rest, listen, and allow the experience to unfold in your own way.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else you need to lie comfortably on the floor.

Diana Jemondi is a board-certified hypnotherapist who specializes in helping people reconnect with their own inner resources through clinical hypnosis. Her work combines evidence-informed hypnotic techniques with immersive storytelling, mindfulness, and sound to create experiences that are both deeply relaxing and psychologically meaningful.

Di holds a bachelor's degree in biology and is currently pursuing a master's degree in clinical psychology. She is also a certified sound healer and certified crystal healer, bringing together scientific training with complementary healing modalities in a thoughtful, whole-person approach.

Whether working one-on-one or leading group experiences, her goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where people can quiet the mind, reconnect with themselves, and discover the strengths that already exist within.
