It turns out that all of our perceived inadequacies, and difficulties in joyfully navigating the world, had their origins in childhood and adolescence.
Anytime we felt alone with too much emotion, or we weren't acknowledged for our gifts, we shut ourselves down. The more we were misunderstood, treated poorly, objectified, or not given enough loving attention, the more our self-confidence eroded.
It's never too late to heal our past and develop a new relationship with our younger selves, to propel us towards a brighter, more fulfilling future.When we rewire our brain neurologically, everything we came to believe about ourselves during times of stress no longer feels true. Rewiring new beliefs about who we are and what we deserve makes the entire world treat us differently.
I've been on a path of Self-love for several decades and my life has dramatically shifted. I'm excited to share with you what I've learned about how powerful it is to develop a loving bond with our inner child and inner adolescent.

We'll start by diving into the relevant neuroscience, attachment theory, repeating relational patterns, generational patterns, shadows and limiting beliefs.
We'll create a vision for ourselves and how we want to feel as we move forward after the journey.Then we'll lie on yoga mats and take a powerful guided journey to retrieve our lost soul parts and re-create powerful experiences to replace the old stories.
Afterwards we'll meet each other in a celebration of our newly re-created selves.And since this is a Tantra class, we will have time to socialize, meet new friends, and maybe even find love.

Lourdes Starshower Is an Advanced Certified Tantra Educator, Sacred Sexuality Coach, Ordained Shamanic Minister, Clairvoyant Energy Healer, Clinical Hypnotherapist, EMDR Therapist and Shamanic Breathwork Coach. She is the Founder of the Ecstatic Tantra Practitioner Training Institute which holds twice-yearly Certification Retreats for men and women. She also conducts private Practitioner Training.
