Red Events & Distribution Ltd presenteert met trots de Europese tournee van HYPNOTIC, een nieuw meeslepend operaproject van de internationaal gerenommeerde mezzosopraan Kseniia Nikolaieva, vaste gast en resident artist van het Royal Opera House in Londen, samen uitgevoerd met de befaamde Franse pianist Florent Mourier.

HYPNOTIC werd opgevat als een diep atmosferische en emotioneel geladen vocale ervaring die verder gaat dan het traditionele recitalformaat. Het publiek krijgt een zeldzame kans om binnen te treden in een ruimte van intense luisterervaring, introspectie en zintuiglijke onderdompeling.

Dit is geen conventioneel concert, maar een concert-trance, waarin de stem een levende, ademende aanwezigheid wordt, de tijd vertraagt en het publiek wordt meegenomen naar een staat van diepe emotionele en zintuiglijke bewustwording.

Tussen de dromerige werelden van Debussy, de donkere romantiek van Wagner, de introspectieve lyriek van Brahms en de beklijvende emotionele landschappen van Britten, transformeert HYPNOTIC klassieke vocale muziek tot een diep meeslepende zintuiglijke ervaring — waar opera, sfeer, stilte en ruimte samensmelten tot één hypnotische stroom.

Deze tournee wordt gepresenteerd door het creatieve agentschap Red Events & Distribution Ltd., bekend om het cureren van uitzonderlijke culturele ervaringen — van historische landhuizen en dakterrassen tot serres en prestigieuze concertlocaties in Europa, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Azerbeidzjan, Georgië, Armenië en daarbuiten. UITVOERDERS 

Kseniia Nikolaieva (mezzosopraan) is een internationaal geprezen mezzosopraan en voormalig lid van het prestigieuze Jette Parker Artists Programme (2020–2022) van het Royal Opera House in Londen.

Tijdens haar periode aan het Royal Opera House vertolkte zij onder meer Suzuki (Madama Butterfly), Giovanna (Rigoletto), Annina (La Traviata) en Bessie (Mahagonny Songspiel), evenals Eboli en Mistress Quickly tijdens de JPYAP Summer Performance onder leiding van Sir Mark Elder.

In het seizoen 2025–2026 maakt zij haar debuut op het Wexford Festival Opera als Azucena in een nieuwe productie van Le Trouvère, verschijnt zij als Zia Principessa (Suor Angelica) op het Edinburgh International Festival en treedt zij op tijdens de BBC Proms met het London Symphony Orchestra onder leiding van Sir Antonio Pappano.

Recente engagementen omvatten onder meer:

Zij werkte samen met vooraanstaande internationale instellingen zoals Festspielhaus Baden-Baden, Berliner Philharmoniker, Royal Albert Hall, Royal Opera House, Southbank Centre, English National Opera, Welsh National Opera, Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino en Teatro di San Carlo.

Kseniia onderhoudt bovendien een langdurige artistieke samenwerking met de International Opera Awards.

Florent Mourier (piano) is een Franse pianist gevestigd in Londen, internationaal erkend voor zijn werk binnen het vocale en kamermuziekrepertoire, in het bijzonder opera en liedkunst.

Als veelgevraagd recitalist, repetitor en vocal coach werkt hij momenteel samen met het prestigieuze Jette Parker Artists Programme van het Royal Opera House Covent Garden, de National Opera Studio en de Guildhall School of Music & Drama.

Florent trad op in enkele van Europa’s meest gerenommeerde zalen en festivals, waaronder Wigmore Hall, Barbican Hall, St John’s Smith Square, het Oxford Lieder Festival, Festival d’Aix-en-Provence, De Munt in Brussel en het Concertgebouw Amsterdam.

Naast zijn recitalactiviteiten werkte hij mee aan operaproducties van onder andere het Royal Opera House, Opera North, Opera Holland Park, Buxton Festival en Opéra de Rennes, als vocal coach, repetitor en assistent-dirigent.

Als voormalig Britten-Pears Young Artist en laureaat van Fondation Royaumont studeerde Florent aan het Conservatorium van Amsterdam, de Guildhall School of Music & Drama en de National Opera Studio in Londen. Daarnaast is hij gastdocent aan de Mascarade Opera Foundation in Florence.

Red Events & Distribution Ltd is proud to present HYPNOTIC opera experience European Tour,  a new immersive project by internationally acclaimed mezzo-soprano Kseniia Nikolaieva, a frequent guest and resident artist at the Royal Opera House in London, performed together with  renowned French pianist Florent Mourier. 

Conceived as a deeply atmospheric and emotionally charged vocal experience, HYPNOTIC moves  beyond the format of a traditional recital, offering audiences a rare opportunity to enter a space of  heightened listening, introspection, and sensory immersion. 

This is not a conventional concert, but a concert-trance, where the voice becomes a living, breathing presence in space, time slows down, and the audience is guided into a state of deep emotional and sensory awareness. 

Moving between the dreamlike worlds of Debussy, the dark romanticism of Wagner, the introspective  lyricism of Brahms and the haunting emotional landscapes of Britten, HYPNOTIC transforms  classical vocal music into a deeply immersive sensory experience — where opera, atmosphere,  silence and space merge into a single hypnotic flow.

Their repertoire includes candlelight concerts and immersive multi-sensory performances combining  music, sound and visual art.

During her time at the Royal Opera House, her roles included Suzuki (Madama Butterfly), Giovanna  (Rigoletto), Annina (La Traviata), Bessie (Mahagonny Songspiel), as well as performances of Eboli  and Mistress Quickly in the JPYAP Summer Performance under Sir Mark Elder.

Florent has performed at some of Europe’s leading venues and festivals, including Wigmore Hall,  Barbican Hall, St John’s Smith Square, the Oxford Lieder Festival, Festival d’Aix-en-Provence, La  Monnaie in Brussels and the Amsterdam Concertgebouw. 

Alongside his recital activity, he has collaborated on opera productions with institutions including the  Royal Opera House, Opera North, Opera Holland Park, Buxton Festival and Opéra de Rennes,  working as vocal coach, répétiteur and assistant conductor.

A former Britten-Pears Young Artist and laureate of the Fondation Royaumont, Florent studied at the  Conservatorium van Amsterdam, Guildhall School of Music & Drama and the National Opera Studio  in London. He is also a visiting coach at the Mascarade Opera Foundation in Florence.
