Wrapped in cozy blankets and supported by soft props, you’ll be held in comfort as soothing sound vibrations and hypnotherapy guide you into deeper states of ease.
✨ You’re welcome to bring your favorite blanket and pillow, or use what we provide at the studio. Dress in layers and bring warm socks to stay cozy as you settle in.
