Teresa teaches healthy life affirming techniques in each class; Stress Management, Weight Management, Smoking Cessation, Hypno-birthing and much more.

 Everyone interested in learning Hypnosis and Self-Hypnosis for self improvement.
 All health professionals interested in taking part in the complimentary Health movement.
 Anyone who is interested in helping others become all they can be.
Certification as a Hypnotist is available with completion of 100 hours of training.
Syllabus is broken down into 8 individual weekend programs of learning between 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. Starting March 8, 2025

Teresa is a Certified Instructor for the National Guild of Hypnotists in Merrimack NH. She offers a certification program to the public allowing them to choose whether these classes are for there own self improvement or to incorporate this tool into their own professions or to become Certified in the practice of Hypnosis.
