What’s included in the course:
• 11 hours total tuition (approx 6 hours live in person, plus 2 x follow up sessions online via zoom of 2.5 hours each)
• the Positive Birth in NZ book, set of affirmation cards, course workbook, 12 audio tracks to practise with. Plus online video content to refer to /refresh with after the course
• Morning tea and refreshments
• fully catered delicious nutritious lunch (optional extra)
• Ongoing support after the course
• Access to video modules of all course content- plus extra modules.
