Synergy Wellness Studios | Boise, ID

Join us for an evening of breathwork & yoga, intended to reset hypermobile joints, connect to breath and deepen understanding of movement.
About this Event

This 60-minute experience designed to help you reconnect with your body's natural stability through intentional movement, diaphragmatic breathing, and mindful awareness. Rather than pushing deeper into stretches, we'll explore how to create strength, control, and alignment from the inside out.

This is not a traditional yoga class focused on achieving maximum flexibility. Instead, we'll focus on purposeful movement, nervous system regulation, and creating stability where your body needs it most.

Whether you're newly discovering your hypermobility or have been navigating it for years, this class offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and build a stronger foundation for movement.

All experience levels welcome.

ABOUT AMBER:

Amber Hartley is an Advanced Somatic Yoga Practitioner, Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner, and movement educator with over 20 years of experience in athletic training and yoga instruction.

Like many people with hypermobility, Amber spent years believing that being flexible meant she was naturally good at yoga. Over time, she discovered that continually pushing deeper into stretches was actually contributing to pain, instability, and injury. That realization sparked a passion for understanding hypermobility and learning how to move in a way that supports strength, stability, and long-term joint health.

Today, Amber specializes in helping people develop greater body awareness, nervous system regulation, and sustainable movement practices. Through a blend of somatic yoga, functional movement, and mindfulness, she teaches students how to work with their bodies rather than against them.
