Hyper-Mobility Workshop
This workshop is for you if you:
- Touch the floor with straight knees
- Have arms or legs that extend beyond straight
- Feel looseness or instability in your joints
- Have experienced joint dislocation
- Have stretchy skin or keloid scarring
- Experience chronic pain, inflammation, headaches, or stomach issues
We'll use Pilates-informed movement to engage muscles, stabilize joints, and reduce pain — so you can move with confidence and less risk of injury.
