This is more than just an awards ceremony—it’s a celebration of resilience, leadership, and the incredible women shaping the Greater Helena Area. The Empowered Awards, hosted by YWCA Helena, honor the trailblazers, the change-makers, and the women who inspire us all.
Helena Young Professionals has the opportunity to be part of this unforgettable evening, and we need your help! We’re looking for volunteers to step into key roles, including:
✨ Registration Agents – Be the first warm welcome guests receive! You’ll greet attendees, check names on spreadsheets, hand out tickets, and provide top-tier customer service to set the tone for the night.
✨ Social Greeters – Keep the evening flowing smoothly by assisting guests in the food and drink lines, ensuring efficiency while making everyone feel welcome.
✨ Ushers – Guide guests to their seats and make sure they’re comfortable during the movie and presentation. You’ll be a key player in keeping the event seamless and enjoyable.
✨ Stage Manager – Support presenters and award winners as they navigate the stage. You’ll help them move efficiently through the dark and ensure everyone is in place when needed.
✨ Swag Bag Handlers – Send guests off with a smile! You’ll hand out goodie bags at the end of the night and wish everyone a wonderful evening.
